The problem

Your job shouldn’t live in seven different places.

Most window businesses do not have one system. They have seven, and a person in the middle keeping them in step.

Before — seven places

After — one record

Duplication

One job entered into six places, each of them slightly differently.

Remakes

A unit made to a size that was corrected on somebody else’s screen.

Lost margin

Fitting, glass and hardware absorbed instead of priced.

No single truth

Nobody can say what was agreed without asking three people.

Fenora replaces the chaos.

The workflow

One run of work, from enquiry to delivery.

Scroll to follow one job — the same record, the same specification, all the way through.

01

Find the work

Planning applications for window and door work become live opportunities, mapped and searchable, with a printed proposal posted to the property.

See it in the platform
02

Manage the lead

The enquiry lands in one pipeline with its address, correspondence, documents and follow-ups attached to a single customer record.

See it in the platform
The Fenora manage the lead screen
03

Survey it

The surveyor works from the quoted sizes on site, photographs each opening, records what differs, and syncs it back — signal or no signal.

See it in the platform
The Fenora survey it screen
04

Configure it

Every window and door is drawn exactly as it will be made: geometry, glass, bars, timber, hardware, cills and colour, inside and out.

See it in the platform
The Fenora configure it screen
05

Quote it

The configuration prices itself against your own cost base, margins and fitting rates, and goes out as a document that shows the work.

See it in the platform
The Fenora quote it screen
06

Win it

The customer accepts and signs digitally. The deal moves stage, and the specification is locked as the order.

See it in the platform
The Fenora win it screen
07

Produce it

Purchase orders, labels and drawings come out of the same record the quote was built from, so the workshop builds what was sold.

08

Organise it

Office staff, surveyors, fitters and subcontractors are given the access and the tasks their job requires — nothing more.

09

Deliver it

Loads are weighed, routed and dispatched only when the conditions are met, tracked to the door, and proved on arrival.

Window configurator

Configure the window. Build the quote. Get it right first time.

Every unit is drawn as it will be manufactured — pane by pane, with sizes, glazing, bars, cills, horns, hardware and separate internal and external colours. Timber, aluminium and uPVC are all configured in their own terms, and the drawing on the quote is the drawing the workshop builds from.

The platform

Twelve parts of the business. One subscription.

Nothing here is a bolt-on bought separately or a module that only half works. Each is a job most window companies are doing right now in a spreadsheet, a shared inbox or on a whiteboard — and each one reads the same record as the rest.

Survey to workshop

The signed survey becomes the job.

No re-typing between the site and the workshop — the confirmed specification is the specification the bench builds from.

A Fenora survey record: the appointment and the quote it came from, with a row per window or door and the evidence photographed on site.
The survey recordEach opening measured against the quote, evidence filed per opening
The Fenora production timeline: one row per job against a calendar of months, with the job value and the money received so far.

Materials

Timber, aluminium and uPVC — configured properly, not approximated.

Most window software handles one material well and fudges the rest. Fenora treats all three as what they are: different systems, different sections, different hardware and different costs — specified per unit, on the same quote.

Timber window

Timber

Traditional and engineered joinery — box sash, spiral, flush casement, bays and shaped heads — configured as it is actually made.

Species
Redwood, Accoya, sapele, oak, meranti — with treatment and factory finish held per unit
Finish
Separate internal and external colours, stains and RAL matching on frame, sash and cill
Costing
Priced from section, species and glass rather than a flat square-metre figure
Aluminium window

Aluminium

Thermally broken aluminium casements, tilt & turn, fixed lights, bays and doors — slim sightlines and large spans.

Sightlines
Frame, mullion, transom and sash face widths drawn to the millimetre, so the glass area is honest
Finish
Powder-coated RAL inside and out, including dual colour, with matt, satin and textured grades
Hardware
Lever handles, friction stays, restrictors and multipoint locking selected from your own range
uPVC window

uPVC

Multi-chambered uPVC casements, tilt & turn, vertical sliders and bays — reinforced, foiled and priced from the profile system you actually buy.

Profile
Chamber count, reinforcement and welded or mechanically jointed construction held on the unit
Style
Chamfered or sculptured beading, run-through sashes, astragal and mock sash detailing
Costing
Priced against your fabricator’s rates per profile system, glass make-up and hardware pack

What changes

Three outcomes, carried by one record.

Quote with confidence

The configuration prices itself from your own rates — material, glass, hardware, fitting — so the figure is yours before the customer ever sees it.

Reduce re-entry and specification drift

One record carries the customer, the specification, the price and the evidence from the first enquiry to the delivery note. Nobody re-types the job.

Know the job’s margin and next action

Unit costs, margin, deposits and what is still to forecast sit on the job itself — the number you need is on the record, not in a spreadsheet.

Proof

Judge it on the numbers, not on testimonials.

These are the four measures we hold ourselves to.

  • 01

    Time to quote

From enquiry to a priced document in the customer’s hands.

  • 02

    Remakes

Units re-manufactured because the specification moved after the sale.

  • 03

    Margin held

The margin quoted against the margin actually realised on the job.

  • 04

    Re-entry

How many times one job is typed into a system, counted honestly.

We publish results only once a customer has agreed the figures and is willing to be named.

Companies that make, sell, survey, fit or import windows and doors — manufacturers, installers, joinery businesses and retail sales teams. It suits businesses whose products are configured rather than picked from a catalogue, and whose prices come from their own materials, glass, hardware and labour rather than a generic square-metre rate.

Box sash and spiral sash windows, flush casements, mock sash, tilt & turn, French casements, steel casements, shaped fixes and bays; single, French, stable, sliding and bifold doors. Each is configured pane by pane, drawn as it will actually be made, and priced from your own rates.

Yes. The surveyor arrives with the quoted sizes and specification already on the phone, verifies rather than re-enters, photographs each opening and records what differs — and the signed-off survey becomes the job, with no re-typing between the site and the workshop.

Yes. Seats are £15 per person, per month, and the owner’s seat is included. Office staff, surveyors and fitting managers each hold a seat; subcontractors working from their assigned jobs are free and unlimited.

Your workspace is provisioned the moment you sign up, with pipelines, document templates, the hardware library and the media pool already in place. What remains is your own numbers — material rates, glass and hardware costs, wood panel pricing and fitting rates. Most businesses load those themselves and are quoting within days.

The core platform is £80 a month per workspace, billed monthly, excluding VAT — cancel any time. Seats are £15 per person. Optional modules — the Survey App, the Job Finder and Customs & HMRC — are added only if you need them.
