The problem

Too many systems. Too much duplication. Too many things falling between the cracks.

Most window businesses do not have one system. They have seven, and a person in the middle keeping them in step.

  1. SystemCRMKnows nothing about windows
  2. SystemSpreadsheetsPricing that only one person understands
  3. SystemSurvey appMeasurements the quote never sees
  4. SystemQuoting softwareSpecification re-typed by hand
  5. SystemWhatsAppDecisions with no record
  6. SystemCalendarsDates nobody else can see
  7. SystemDelivery systemA load with no job behind it
  • Duplication

One job entered into six places, each of them slightly differently.

  • Remakes

A unit made to a size that was corrected on somebody else’s screen.

  • Lost margin

Fitting, glass and hardware absorbed instead of priced.

  • No single truth

Nobody can say what was agreed without asking three people.

Fenora replaces the chaos.

The Fenora workflow

Lead, survey, configure, quote, win, produce, deliver — one run of work.

Not eight tools that talk to each other. One record that travels the whole way through the business, carrying its specification, its price and its history with it.

Stage · Lead

Find and capture the opportunity.

Every enquiry lands in one pipeline with the address, the opportunity and the history attached — nothing kept in an inbox.

Window configurator

Configure the window. Build the quote. Get it right first time.

Every unit is drawn as it will be manufactured — pane by pane, with sizes, glazing, bars, cills, horns, hardware and separate internal and external colours. Timber, aluminium and uPVC are all configured in their own terms, and the drawing on the quote is the drawing the workshop builds from.

Materials

Timber, aluminium and uPVC — configured properly, not approximated.

Most window software handles one material well and fudges the rest. Fenora treats all three as what they are: different systems, different sections, different hardware and different costs — specified per unit, on the same quote.

Timber

Timber windows and doors

Traditional and engineered joinery — box sash, spiral, flush casement, bays and shaped heads — configured as it is actually made.

Species
Redwood, Accoya, sapele, oak, meranti — with treatment and factory finish held per unit.
Sections
Box frame or spiral frame widths and depths, cill projection, horns and arch profiles.
Finish
Separate internal and external colours, stains and RAL matching on frame, sash and cill.
Costing
Priced from section, species and glass rather than a flat square-metre figure.

Aluminium

Aluminium windows and doors

Thermally broken aluminium casements, tilt & turn, fixed lights, bays and doors — slim sightlines, large spans and powder-coated finishes.

System
Thermally broken profiles with polyamide break, drainage and gasket set recorded per unit.
Sightlines
Frame, mullion, transom and sash face widths drawn to the millimetre, so the glass area is honest.
Finish
Powder-coated RAL inside and out, including dual colour, with matt, satin and textured grades.
Hardware
Lever handles, friction stays, restrictors and multipoint locking selected from your own range.
A white uPVC casement window with a fixed light and one side-hung opening sash, on a moulded cill.
uPVC casement · 1 openerWhite · moulded cill
uPVC

uPVC windows and doors

Multi-chambered uPVC casements, tilt & turn, vertical sliders and bays — reinforced, foiled and priced from the profile system you actually buy.

Profile
Chamber count, reinforcement and welded or mechanically jointed construction held on the unit.
Style
Chamfered or sculptured beading, run-through sashes, astragal and mock sash detailing.
Finish
White, foiled woodgrains and solid colours, specified separately for each face.
Costing
Priced against your fabricator’s rates per profile system, glass make-up and hardware pack.
01

One configurator

Timber, aluminium and uPVC units sit on the same quote, each drawn with its own sections, sightlines and hardware.

02

One pricing engine

Your rates per material, profile system, glass make-up and hardware pack — so the figure reflects what you actually buy.

03

One production spec

The specification that priced the quote produces the purchase order, the cutting information, the labels and the drawings.

04

One customs classification

Material drives the commodity code — timber under 4418, aluminium under 7610, uPVC under 3925 — set once per product.

CRM & job finder

Find the work. Win the work.

Fenora doesn’t simply manage the customers you already have — it identifies the work coming up in your area and turns it into an opportunity you can quote.

The map, the application, the property and the job it is worth
  • 01

Work you would not have heard about

Planning applications for window and door work, filtered by area, type and date.

  • 02

    A lead, not a list

An application becomes a real record in your pipeline with its address and works attached.

  • 03

    Approached properly

Send a printed proposal to the property from inside Fenora, and track what it produced.

  • 04

    Straight into the process

Won interest goes to survey, configuration and quotation without changing systems.

Surveys

Take the job from quote to site survey without changing systems.

The survey app is part of the same platform as the quote it came from, so the sizes being verified on site are the sizes that were sold — and the workshop builds from what the surveyor confirmed.

The phone on site, the readings taken, the evidence and the report
  • 01

    Surveyed against the quote

The quoted size and specification are already on the phone, opening by opening.

  • 02

    Works with no signal

Measurements, photographs, annotations and voice notes are captured offline and sync later.

  • 03

    Variations that get resolved

A difference is evidenced on site, priced in the office and approved onto the quote.

  • 04

    One record, not two

The signed-off survey becomes the job — no re-typing between the site and the workshop.

Quoting

Quote complex windows without the complexity.

Bespoke units, mixed products, multiple fitting phases and revisions — all handled as one document that reconciles, and that the customer can sign the same day.

  • 01

    Priced from your own figures

Material rates, glass, hardware, wood panels and fitting rates, with margin applied per unit.

  • 02

    Fitting charged honestly

Supply-only, basic or full fitting priced as its own phase instead of absorbed into the unit.

Timeline, tasks and dispatch conditions on the same job

  • 01

    Every job has a status

Order in, cutting, assembly, glazing, finishing, ready — visible without ringing the workshop.

  • 02

    Tasks against the job

Assigned to a person with a deadline, on the record they belong to rather than in a message.

  • 03

    Dependencies stated plainly

What must be true before a job can progress, and exactly what is holding it up.

One connected system

One system. One source of truth.

Built specifically around the way window companies actually work.

Find the work → Manage the lead → Survey it → Configure it → Quote it → Win it → Produce it → Organise it → Deliver it.

Proof

Judge it on the numbers, not on testimonials.

Fenora is used by window businesses that would rather their work stayed private, so we publish nothing we cannot evidence. These are the four measures we hold ourselves to.

  • 01

    Time to quote

From enquiry to a priced document in the customer’s hands.

  • 02

    Remakes

Units re-manufactured because the specification moved after the sale.

  • 03

    Margin held

The margin quoted against the margin actually realised on the job.

  • 04

    Re-entry

How many times one job is typed into a system, counted honestly.

No invented numbers

We publish results only once a customer has agreed the figures and is willing to be named.

Your own products

You load your own range and your own pricing, so what you judge is your business, not a sample dataset.

Published prices

The subscription, the seats and the modules are all priced openly — nothing is held back for a sales call.
